Shu Puerh by Xin Wen Factory. In shape of a brick, weight: 1 kg, year of production: 2014.
The Xin Wen factory from Yongde County has already formed a fairly solid circle of fans, thanks to their budget tea. This brick is a little bit more expensive than the rest of the company's products, but the quality is also higher.
The tea brick was formed with the leaves of old tea trees (the same ones that are usually called with the word "lao shu" 老树) of medium size. That is: the tea raw is already not ordinary - it's of a higher class than the products made of the tea bushes or Qiao Mu leaves.
It has a rather interesting palette of taste: chocolate, baked sugarcane (which is comparable, also, with a slight hint of fried caramel), as well as prunes tone.
