黄片如何形成

黄片比一芽两叶虽老一点,茶叶虽淡一点,但是甜度却较前者高许多,存放得好的老黄片不论茶气、香气、醇厚感以及滑润都很好很有特点,另外,能够喝到的黄片,其实树种都很好,也就是很多茶友说的老茶树、野茶树上的黄片。因为在茶叶基地的茶树,定期管理采摘,大部分是不会有老黄叶的。老茶树上的茶叶,枝叶高大,量少,不容易采到,所以就显得珍贵了,而且陈化后的黄片滋味出众。黄片转化快,丝爽绵滑,回甘迅速,闻香气似有悠悠馥郁兰香。
