Fermented Pu Erh Tea
Our Pu Erh tea is specially ripened (fermented) and produced in the Yi Wu Zheng Shan Mountain in Yunnan province of China.
This tea is produced from premium old tree and has gone through special oxidation and aging process yields an earthy flavor and aroma that is unique among black teas.
The tea only gets better with age which is why it has been compressed into the cake form. It allows for it to mature and with time the taste only becomes smoother and sweeter.

How to Break Pu Erh Tea Cake
Insert the tea knife into the edge of the tea cake and then move the needle up and down until the tea loosens and falls off.
Tea Preparation
Water: 210-212ºF (99-100ºC)
Tea Amount: 4g - 8g of tea cake

1st brew for 5-6min. Then 10 seconds to 30 seconds for each subsequent infusion
